Hi there, my name is Gina Gardiner, and today I’d like to talk to you about setting positive intentions. Success often feels like it is something difficult to achieve and sustain, and there are actually lots of ways you can help yourself.

One of those ways is to be very clear about what are the positive intentions in what you want to do? What is your ‘why’? 

When you understand that there is a really good reason for you to do something; that you really want to do something and you really want to do it, you’re much more likely to keep going when things inevitably get tough.
