January is traditionally the time when people set new intentions and resolve to change some no-longer-wanted habits. But February is traditionally the time when all of those good intentions have been broken and everyone is feeling a little disappointed with their lack of will power and guilty about continuing to exhibit those habits that they’d hoped to drop.
