Hi, my name's Tom Cutmore. I'm the Managing Director of Dental Applications Ltd and lead technician.
I've been in business 21 years now. Going to college, learning to make teeth is one thing. Being a leader is something I had no experience of. With the help of Gina, we've been working together for a while now, and I feel my leadership skills have come on in leaps and bounds.
We've got a team of eight now. From a business owner's point of view, it can be quite daunting having members of staff and having to manage them, it's something that I feel much more comfortable with now.
