Kathryn Ullrich is a Partner at global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson in their Silicon Valley office and leads their US Diversity Practice.She has over twenty years of executive recruiting experience at some of the largest search firms, focusing on c-suite, VP-level and board searches for technology companies. Earlier in her career, Kathryn worked in engineering, strategy consulting and software product marketing at leading companies. Kathryn has dedicated her career to helping diverse candidates advance in their careers. She founded a Silicon Valley non-profit for women in technology and actively works with clients on hiring diversity candidates. She is an advisor to Athena Alliance helping companies hire women into board roles. Kathryn is author of the award-winning career book, Getting to the Top: Strategies for Career Success, and is speaker on career development and diversity topics. Kathryn has a B.S. cum laude in electrical engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA with top honors from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
